Ask a new question. Using email within QuickBooks Pro desktop has quit with Microsoft outlook. QB error message: could not verify web application server certificate.
Another error stated could reach the server, but server unreadable?? It's only quickbooks mail server through Outlook.
Before I proceed in resolving this concern, may I confirm if you're still having this issue? If so, h ave you tried checking if Outlook is set up as the default email program in Internet Explorer? To check this:. At the bottom of the window, select Set Programs.

Haven't had to email anything lately from QuickBooks. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Search the community and support articles Outlook Outlook. Please help.
